Welcome to the Passion Physique March Dumbbell Power Challenge! This program has been custom designed to target your full body recomp using mainly dumbbells. We want you to be able to use this at the gym & at home! Within this high intensity, challenging program, you will only need access to dumbbells, some resistance bands, and your own bodyweight! The DB Power Challenge is a 5 days/week full body training guide. This program has been created to be quick, effective, POWERFUL and different. We are bringing your body a stimulus for change. Limited equipment will never limit you! Time to reach those goals.
